My husband and I purchased a new Club Car from NTX Carts. in November, 2024. What was most striking about this pleasant experience was that 1) NTX Carts matched prices of their competitors, and 2) the salesperson, Jackie, came to our home to explain the features of the cart, what add-ons were appropriate for our needs, pricing, and the delivery process. She then wrote up our order at that meeting, saving us lots of travel time. Later, Jackie was available to answer questions concerning when the cart would be delivered. The driver who delivered the new cart was careful with our cart and he took the time to explain how the cart works and how to maintain it. I also had an opportunity to talk with Mark, the owner, several weeks later. He is a kind individual, as well. Great experience with NTX Carts!

I want to thank Tanner and his team. Through the holidays and crazy weather, a lot of snow they managed to complete the repairs. Great work at a reasonable price. Kept me informed as they were challenged but came through with flying colors. Thank you

Wonderful customer service, great attitude- I unfortunately purchased a vehicle from a company with the initials UB, they sold me a golf cart that was unsafe, the brakes did not work. Took it to NTX they made my cart safe and I even upgraded my seats. Next time I need a golf cart I will definitely give my business to NTX - Mark, Tanner and Larry were awesome. Highly recommend. Can't say enough good things about them. Customer for life.

The owner Mark is a true Texan and does business the way it should be done. NTX carts offers a low pressure, honest, transparent buying process and an exceptional finished product! UPDATE 2/21/20204 We had a small problem with our golf cart, Mark picked it up and diagnosed the problem as a faulty battery. For some reason Club Car wouldn't cover it, even though it was in the warranty period. Mark covered it (without me even asking). When the driver dropped my golf cart off at my house today he said "That's Mark, he always does the right thing by his customers." You can say that again! I wish there was a way to give him more then 5 stars. Thanks Mark!

I am so impressed with NTX. I called for a quick general quote for batteries and ended up in a discussion helping me realize that what we were being sold elsewhere was not the best fit. I also learned the fact that our batteries shouldn't have been dead so other issues were likely at play. They were able to pick up (and return) my cart from Robson ranch for an affordable ale fee and helped me address two other issues I've been meaning to get taken care of. Really nice and honest people!!!

NTX Carts has been very helpful to us. If I am ever in the market for another golf cart, I wouldn’t want to buy from anyone else. To be honest the beginning was not a good experience, but Mark stepped in turning the entire experience around, and he took care of us. We recently purchased a new Club Car Onward Lifted Gas golf cart from NTX Carts and could not be happier. Mark, the owner, is a great guy. We have not owned a cart before so he spent time with us and answered our many questions and offered options for various things that we had not thought of. He never pushed for a sale. We had inquired on the website about a certain cart from their inventory and Emily, the office manager, answered us back the same day. We exchanged emails several times about different carts and equipment over a few days and we were able to make an offer and have it accepted through email. In the end, Mark made us a fantastic deal and we were able to get our dream cart and even a couple of add-ons . When our cart was delivered to our home in Denton we were surprised by finding that Mark had installed a rear view panel mirror on our cart for no charge! Larry, the delivery driver was very friendly and showed us how to secure the cart on our trailer for safe hauling. If you are in the market for a golf cart or accessories or equipment for one you should definitely put NTX Carts at the top of your list. Mark, Emily and Larry are super nice people to work with and you won’t find a better deal. Thanks again everyone!!!

I’ve tried several shops to repair my Club Car as we bought it used and some minor things went south quickly. Everywhere else charged me a lot of money just to get it back the same or worse. I gave NTX Carts a shot as the owner seemed confident and pricing was fair and reasonable. We got it back today and I am so pleased. It’s better now than when we got it 2 years ago! Front end is finally aligned properly, suspension is corrected and beefed up to what it should be and the brakes are perfect. Job well done and we’ll certainly be back….. Thank you for having pride in what you do and doing it right the first time.

So many different things went wrong with our batteries and connections. After 7 different trips between 3 different companies, Mark took on the task of seeing if he could figure out what was wrong with our “lemon” We literally had two batteries BLOW UP within 2 months. Mark not only fixed our cart, but he gave us so many things that he didn’t have to. He saved us thousands of dollars. Not exaggerating at all. My only mistake was not purchasing from him in the first place. There are not many businesses left that care like NTX does. They(Mark) are one of a kind!!!! We are now HIS customer and will never purchase from anyone else. NTX is absolutely AMAZING!

We went in yesterday to look for a cart and Mark helped us out tremendously! We have never owned one but now live in such a huge subdivision you pretty much need one. The staff at NTX Carts were laid back and helpful with zero pressure to purchase. I found a used golf cart at a reasonable price and it was delivered the same day. When it arrived, the windshield broke and noticed a minor mechanical issue. The cart was promptly loaded back on the trailer to the shop, fixed, and returned within the hour. The staff was apologetic about the issue and made the things right without me having to ask. I went to NTX Carts as I have heard from a friend of mine who bought two carts there that they have great customer service and I was not disappointed. When I am ready to upgrade, I am going back to Mark Mitchell's business!

Ordered and had available the parts I needed to get my cart back on the path. Even during the busy holidays, they did everything they could to meet my needs and came through flawlessly. Thanks boys!

Mark and his team did an excellent job upgrading my golf cart. We had a great intro conversation and he really understood what my issue was before bringing it to him, as well as giving me options to fix it.  He wasn't pushy and really wanted to get me what I needed to solve my issue, and he had it done in days.  Days.  The price was right and he made sure to meet all my objectives from price to delivery to overall improvement of my cart. I would not hesitate using him again.  <br><br>Here's the main thing to know.  I drove 30 minutes to get to him.  I passed several other places that could've done work for me.  I have a place 2 minutes behind my house.  2 minutes.....but Mark has the service others don't and I'll drive for that.  The last place I went to I had to call, over an over. I had to chase them down.  Sometimes they didn't even call back.  Mark proactively reached out to me and even came up on a Sunday to let me drop off.  <br><br>Seriously great experience all the way around.

Mark and his staff are great. His price on a new set of batteries was less than anyone else I called. His guys had my old ones out and the new ones installed before I finished looking at the cool accessories he stocks. The prices at NTX Carts are definitely not excessive. My wife and I were looking for a golf cart to purchase, and we really didn't have experience with what to look for. Purchased 2 Bintelli e-bikes from Mark. Couldn’t be happier with the bikes. We’re in our mid-50’s and had a 21 mile bike ride this morning. We’re seeing parks and trails that we didn’t even know were there. If you want a fun experience without breaking the bank, give these bikes a try.
